My book arrived safe and looked really good. No dents or torn corners at all. The packaging was simple but it did the job fine...

The formats work okay!!! Nothing too fancy, but they do what they’re supposed to do... I didn’t really have any major issues using them, so overall, it’s been a decent experience!!

I ended up buying the bundle and, as far as I can tell, it saved me some money compared to getting everything separately. I was a little unsure at first if I actually needed the whole thing, but it seems like it worked out

It worked fine for the most part, but I’d still say be a little cautious. My experience wasn’t terrible, but it wasn’t perfect either, so just keep an eye out and don’t assume everything will go smoothly.

I needed to change my email and update some account info on Cisco Press, it was straightforward. I tend to forget the little details when something doesn’t annoy me, so that probably says a lot right there.
No strange extra steps, no login loop, and nothing disappeared after I saved everything. When I logged back in, my orders were still there and the new info had stuck. Simple thing, but it worked the way it should. Easy 5 stars

I was happy with this book overall. The pages were clear and the diagrams looked really sharp, which was what I cared about most. The cover did have a tiny scuff, but i’m not too picky about that kind of thing, especially since I was more focused on the inside. Maybe I just got lucky, but the print quality seemed solid to me.

The lab exercises were super useful for me. Some of the harder topics weren’t really clicking at first, but once I worked through the labs, it all started to make way more sense. they helped a alot

I used Cisco Press for some networking study material and it was straightforward. The pages weren’t confusing, and I didn’t have to click all over the place to find what I needed. Even the harder topics were explained in a way that felt easy enough to follow. Overall, good site, no real complaints. That’s it.

I accidentally ordered the wrong Cisco Press book and figured returning it would be a pain, well, not a pain exactly, but at least a bit of a hassle. It ended up being really simple. Support got back to me quickly, explained the steps clearly, and my refund came through a few days later. I didn’t have to keep following up or chase anyone down, so honestly, 5 stars from me.

Some of the Cisco books I wanted either weren’t available or only had older editions listed. I just wish the stock and edition info were clearer so it didn’t take so much digging.

Used Cisco Press for my CCNA. It matched the exam topics really well. Chapters stayed focused, which I liked. No guessing what to study. Felt way more organized by test day

I’ve picked up a few Cisco Press books now, and... the editing has been solid. The chapters are clear, I haven’t run into a bunch of weird typos, and the examples are easy enough to follow. It just makes studying feel a little less frustrating. Overall, I’m happy with them.

I bought a book and the extra files were included like they should be, but one of the downloads failed on me twice before it finally went through. I can’t say for sure if it was the site or maybe something on my end, but it was still kind of annoying since I needed the file quickly. Not a major problem, just wish the site felt a bit more reliable

I wasn’t totally sure at first, but this ended up making the harder Cisco concepts easy for me to understand. It just explained things in a way that felt a lot less overwhelming.

I’ve picked up a couple of Cisco Press ebooks from ciscopress while working through CCNA stuff, and as much as I hate to admit it, they’ve been really reliable. The technical details have lined up with what I’ve seen in Packet Tracer and even on actual equipment at work. I also appreciate that they don’t gloss over the odd little routing and switching exceptions, which is usually where other resources get vague. The website itself isn’t exactly impressive, but the downloads worked without any drama and I could find updates easily. For accuracy, yeah, I’d probably give it 5 stars.

I got in without any real issues, so that part was fine. The downloads just took a bit longer than I expected, but otherwise it was alright.

I spotted a typo in one of the CCNA chapters and sent it in through the errata page, though I didn’t expect much to come of it. To be fair, they replied a few days later, confirmed the issue, and eventually I noticed it listed on the book page. It’s a small thing, but I have to admit it made me trust the book a bit more. Decent handling overall
